The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has been established for the purpose of defining aesthetic standards of construction in Lone Mountain Shores and examining and approving or disapproving any and all proposed improvements for a building site within Lone Mountain Shores.
Owners wishing to clear a property lot, or build or improve a house within Lone Mountain Shores must read the ARC Guidelines document, submit an application, and obtain approval from the ARC before any work can begin. Application forms can be found under BUILDING?/ARC documents.
